'BrimWoodlane originated from a straightforward vision: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza in London. The Rossi lineage, initiating our pizzeria in 1985, began as a quaint family-oriented locale with recipes dating back generations.

Marco Rossi, the progenitor, mastered pizza craft on their journey across Italy, receiving guidance from expert pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, they aimed to replicate the Neapolitan pizza's enchantment, adhering to age-old techniques and prime ingredients.

Initiating with a humble 12-seat eatery, we've expanded to become a cherished community staple, with our dedication to high-caliber and authenticity enduring. Our wood-fired ovens persist, our dough is made daily, and we only select the best ingredients for use.

Still operated by the family who founded it, 'BrimWoodlane' is now led by the succeeding generation of the Rossi household. We've adopted novel innovations, yet the essence of our enterprise persists: to craft sublime, real pizza that unites our patrons.
